  • Getting quotes for equipment
  • Updating spreadsheets and coordination with other team members
  • Service entry into ERP System
  • Enter work orders and provide support
  • Track down invoices and enter in accounting system
  • Collect and organize information on equipment, engineering, and design
  • Scan and save drawings and information into the database
  • Collect information on new vendors for entry into SAP

Must demonstrate a strong work history. Must have Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience.

Electrical Engineer

Local chemical manufacturing facility looking for an Electrical Engineer to fill long term contract position.

Requirements are as follows:

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably a chemical manufaturing facility
  • Ability to effectively manage 7-10 capital and expense projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop project scope and schedules
  • Ability to assist construction supervisor with coordination activities
  • Familiarization with NEC, NFPA 70E, knowledge of plant DCS controls

Piping Specialist

Local chemical plant is looking for a temporary resource to supplement site work-processes related to the inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance of process piping systems. Technical tasks for this role include: coordinating piping inspection activites, evaluating the results of piping inspections, entering work notifications and initiating requests for engineering analysis, collaborating with piping designers when maintenance or replacement of piping is required, and compiling and reporting on the performance management metrics for piping inspections.

The ideal candidate would possess the initiative and acheivement drive to quickly deliver results from their work. The candidate would also need to be customer and service oriented and have the ability to work collaboratively with many work groups. Experience with chemical process and polymer piping sustems, as well as, knowledge of ASME B31.3 process piping construction and API 570 piping inspection standards would be highly beneficial. A mechanical or chemical engineer, or an individual with comparable work experience at a chemical or polymer manufatcuring site, is desired.

The targeted duration for this temporary role is 6 months. The preffered scheduling option is 40 hours on site per week consecutive for the duration of the assignment; however, other scheduling options will be considered.
